A technician ended the browser task. Apparently emails can carry this program and execute even if you do not open the email.
Darn annoying and these are the things that make my wife hate computers. Me, not quite. The Renaissance punishment in England for murder by poison was being boiled to death. Hackers deserve something at least analogous. They clearly have some skills but prefer crime to work.
