We had pointed to several important mechanical issues (e.g. minor gas leak in furnace room) and minor cosmetic issues (e.g. chip in master bathroom finish). As I explained, I am buying a palace for my queen: it better be beautiful. The builder agreed on all items we listed.
I expect to move in late March. A Californian is flying in specifically to see our current house tomorrow. This is good news.
