There was one in the last few years, I think.

  1. I've been playing with ChatGPT. Facinating, but a little scary.

Q: Do you know about a mass murderer who said why he chose schools?
A: One mass murderer who gave a reason for why he chose schools as a target was Andrew Kehoe, who in 1927 detonated a bomb in a school in Bath Township, Michigan, killing 38 elementary school children and 6 adults. Kehoe, a local farmer and school board member, was upset about the increase in property taxes due to the construction of the new school building, and he blamed the local school board for the financial burden. Kehoe had also been facing foreclosure on his farm and had become increasingly reclusive and angry. His bombing of the school was seen as an act of revenge against the community that he felt had wronged him.

It's important to note, however, that mass murderers often have complex motivations and psychological issues, and their actions cannot be easily explained by a single factor. In many cases, the reasons behind their actions remain unclear or are difficult to comprehend.

  2. I may be wrong, but I thought it was the Aurora, CO, movie theater shooter who traveled farther away from his home since theaters nearer his home were not posted against concealed carry.

    1. Dr. Lott says he drove past several other theaters showing Batman to the one theater with the no guns.
Policy. No direct statement of intent on that.
