The Indian Creek Kayak Challenge

Most places have their quirks like Guernville's Banana Slug Fest where local officials raise money in a fried banana slug eating contest.

Caldwell Idaho has a race where the kayaks must be made entirely from cardboard and duct tape.  

The fact that any of these stay afloat long enough to be steerable amazes me.
