Al that I can remember is some sort of popular reality TV show with the idiots rolling a baby carriage down sidewalks looking for candy, and a sung phrase :Handi-crandy" as ubiquitous as "Would you buy that for a quarter?" in Kornbluth's "The Marching Morons."
