Conservative. Idaho. Software engineer. Historian. Increasingly, frustrated with how the greed of a small number of lawyers is making life unreasonable for ordinary people.
I've mentioned your book several times. As you say, it's an awful way to sell books, but I'd sure hope a bunch of people read it. Especially the lawmakers!
I just ordered it and have mentioned it in a few posts in various forums. Like you, I've been interested in the issue of desinstitutionalization for much of my EMS career. Unlike you, I've been fortunate not to have to deal with this in a family member. I look forward to receiving the book and reading it. Thanks.
Made sure to mention it during several discussions over the past few days.
I've been active in the inevitable gun grabber / gun rights defender debates on facebook.I've linked to the book on Amazon a couple of times, as I think it is *very* relevant to the topic of mass murder.I strongly doubt my opponents in the debate will read it, but maybe some following the threads will.
It is an awful way, but you have a powerful book existent when the message can be heard by some. And that's a boon.
