This post needs a link. I am lazy and wont go to search for your book. (Well not that I have said that I will.)

You are right: it needs a link. It has one now.

Do any of the libraries in Idaho have copies of this book yet (printed or electronic)?

I doubt that any libraries have copies yet. You know, if you order a copy, read it, and contribute it to your public library, you get to deduct the price of the book as a charitable contribution on your Schedule A. The list price is $10.95, but I see that you can get it a bit cheaper from Amazon now. I suppose that it would be lawful to pay $7.78 for it at Amazon, and deduct $10.95 on your Schedule A. (Did I just suggest that?)
