Auroras Saturday Night?

A coronal mass ejection (CME) from an X-class solar flare happened a couple of days ago, and depending on which government agency you believe, this could be either a mild or "moderate to severe" event.  If NASA is right, we could have some pretty serious auroras, some visible to "the middle tier of states."  If the skies clear, I might drive to a darker sky north of where we live to try and get some pictures.
