This January 20, 2011 WDEL 1150 AM account describes Lynique Crummel, a 21 year old, who attacked another woman at a mall with a razor blade in her fist. Her victim did not even realize at first that she wasn't just being punched.

That last sentence is phrased a bit awkwardly, and the "it" in "it wasn't just being punched" sounds like it could refer to "her victim". That's obviously not the intended reading, but as it stands the sentence is unclear.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that the victim and the suspect might have known each other prior to this affray. Which doesn't negate your premise at all. I'm getting more and more comfortable with the idea of carrying whenever possible.
