If this trend of lower enrollments continues, it may be cost effective for the university to merge them all into a single department.
ReplyDeleteI propose that they name it "Department of Grievance Studies." Think of the overhead they'd save with only a single Dean with staff.
The can still issue degrees using the same names as before, to keep from tipping off potential employers.
