Judicial Insubordination

9/11/25 Wall Street Journal article about lower court judges refusing to recognize that they are obligated to follow Supreme Court precedent.   As I have been working on Second Amendment cases, I have noticed states effectively asking judges to ignore or overturn the Supreme Court.  Hawaii Supreme Court was especially blunt about it, insisting Ohana principle matters more than the Bill of Rights.
