The Challenge to NYC's Ban on Removing Guns From NYC

The brief is here.  They point out that along with many other problems, the current law requires licensed owners to leave their handgun in an unoccupied residence while travelling outside NYC.  It also turns out that you may not take your gun to a gunsmith without written permission of the police department.  This is the absurdity that the gun haters are going to defend at the Supreme Court.
