Anyone Know How to Contact Roku Support?

Their website says the Roku Express is not eligible for online support except their FAQs.  I bought one a few weeks ago, and it is periodically claiming low signal strength, but other devices using that router show decent bandwidth.  The problems goes away on power off/on.  I would prefer not returning it to Amazon, but if no one is available at Roku to try and explain why and how to fix it, I may need to do that soon.

Have you tried twitter @RokuSupport? I asked them a question yesterday and got a response this morning.

I think that is one of the Rokus I have. If so, I had to use the external power rather than USB power to make it work at all. Fortunately the power plus HDMI behind the wall arrangement had a second plug.

I am using external power because there is no USB connector on mine.
