Here. Private party seller, wants concealed carry permit to sell. Do not blame him. An easy way to exclude people who can't be trusted with a gun (along with many others).
That not so unusual, here in Virginia you will see that on firearms listed for sale by private parties. They will request a Valid Virginia Drivers Licenses (they will not sell to out of state) or Military ID as well as Conceal Carry Permit, it's the best way to vet an unknown buyer.
