Axios has a map of counties and the number of insurers available under Obamacare from 2014 to 2017. No need tp repeal Obamacare; at current rates of insurer drop out and rate increases, Democrats will be claiming the Republicans forced them to pass Obamacare.
I actually believe McCain is stopping the repeal and replace effort on the belief it would be better for Republicans if the Democratic Obamacare program collapses of its own weight. I know, it will push Dems further towards single payer, but that is also not going to help them.
