A Reminder That the Internet is Not a Particularly Accurate Source

 I was looking for when Congress passed the 14th Amendment to be ratified by the States.  This source tells us:

Passed by Congress June 13, 1866, 

and also:

On June 16, 1866, the House Joint Resolution proposing the 14th amendment to the Constitution was submitted to the states.
But looking at the pages dated June 16 in the Congressional Globe, 39th Cong., 1st sess., 3207-3221, it does not seem to be there.

"House Joint Resolution proposing the 14th amendment to the Constitution was submitted to the states." is there on June 13, pp. 3148-9.

Yes, but that's the old June 13, not the new June 13...
