Trump's Free Speech on Campus Executive Order

3/21/19 Chronicle of Higher Education: It includes something even more dangerous to the Left.  Study of making universities risk-sharers with their students on loans.  Watch the risk-sharing idea get turned into "Trump is against the liberal arts" and "why is he trying to bankrupt America's best universities?" If abolishing tuition is cool, order private universities receiving federal funding to stop charging tuition. They can take it out of their endowments or reduce faculty and staff salaries. Then watch the screaming.
