"I'm not just talking about the super PACs and anonymous outside groups — I'm talking about the Romney campaign itself."This from the guy who won the 2008 election by refusing public funding and then outspending his Republican opponent more than 2:1 (who took Obama at his word that he would accept public funding and spending limits).
