Emanuel Allowed To Run For Mayor Of Chicago
Not really news anymore, but this headline from The Onionreally gave me a laugh--as did the article:
Illinois Supreme Court Deems Rahm Emanuel Sleazy Enough To Run For Mayor Of Chicago
One interesting point about the decision: the decision was unanimous, even though ISC Justice Anne Burke is the wife of Alderman Ed Burke, who is backing rival candidate Gery Chico.
Of course, one does have to wonder how she would have voted if she had the casting vote.
