My attempts to get ChatGPT to help me roll an equivalent to the old mini GUI for linuxCNC turned out to be impossible. We had gone down some rabbit holes three or more times without success. So I switched to the axis GUI. Once, I figured why some controls were grayed out it turned out to have some advantages. It seems to not only show the toolpath as it cuts, but even seems to figure it out in advance.
