I enjoy watching YouTube videos by tourists visiting America.  A number have commented that they just expected to see guns everywhere. People carrying guns on any street.  They are startled at never seeing guns.

Apparently, the Left's New Claim is That the NRA Created the Indiviodual Rights Claim About the Second Amendment in the 1960s

Moving Forward

We had pointed to several important mechanical issues (e.g. minor gas leak in furnace room) and minor cosmetic issues (e.g. chip in master bathroom finish).  As I explained, I am buying a palace for my queen: it better be beautiful.  The builder agreed on all items we listed.

I expect to move in late March.  A Californian is flying in specifically to see our current house tomorrow.  This is good news.
