Bizarre Car I Saw in Fairbanks
I saw a 1964 or 1965 Chevy Malibu station wagon with a unique customization. (I noticed it because my first car was a 1964 Malibu wagon.) Underneath the body, there was some monstrous 4x4. It looked about as silly as this Opel GT:

You haven't seen the 4x4 GM Muscle car in the Treasure Valley (Firebird/Camaro/TransAm--forget which)?
ReplyDeleteI've seen it several times in Boise and Garden city being driven by a guy with a thick full-beard/ball cap/bib overalls, etc. It's been around for probably 20+ years.
Makes me hear the Dueling Banjos soundtrack in my mind whenever I see the guy and his hillbilly sportscar.
