So GOP Does Stand For Gay Old Party?

DNC Chair Debbie Wassermann-Schultz:
The Republicans are trying to out-right wing each other. Look, between the fifteen Republican candidates who are left — all of whom are trying to out-Trump Donald Trump — by saying, “Yeah let’s kick women. Let’s kick them and immigrants out of this country. Let’s take away health care from women.”

I always wonder: Is Debbie stupid enough to believe this, or does she just hold Democratic voters in such contempt that she thinks they will believe this?

  1. Well don't all Democrats believe such nonsense:

Republicans hate woman because they oppose abortion, Planned Parenthood, etc.

Republicans hate hispanics because they oppose illegal aliens (they use the euphemism
"undocumented immigrant" which I strongly oppose).

Republicans hate blacks because they oppose affirmative action, won't ban guns which kill black
people, and want to put black people in chains.

And on and on with the BS.

I have heard lots of Democrats who believe all that sh*t. Is there one "leader" of the party that hasn't said all of that? That's all I ever hear from them and clearly those who vote for them must believe all the bull sh*t!

  2. The latter.

I know a couple of lefties who would completely believe this rot.

  3. Debbie has said a lot of stupid and/or inflammatory things in the past. Who knows whether she believes them or not. Judging by the DNC's own website, it seems clear that they are the party that can say ANYTHING with a strait face:

For more than 200 years, our party has led the fight for civil rights, health care, Social Security, workers' rights, and women's rights. We are the party of Barack Obama, John F. Kennedy, FDR, and the countless everyday Americans who work each day to build a more perfect union. Take a look at some of our accomplishments, and you'll see why we're proud to be Democrats.

I wouldn't blame you if you thought I made up the previous quote, so here's the link: http://www.democrats.org/about/our-history

    1. That's a riot. DNC member Bull Connor must be in rotisserie mode by now.

  4. Bull Connor is not alone. Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt, John Calhoun, Nathan Bedford Forrest and many more (as I know you are aware) are spinning right along with him.

That is the sort of statement worthy of the Onion. It amazes me that it is what passes for honest discourse from a political party. One more thing to mention - that quote is not new. I first saw it over three years ago. The format of the page has changed but the thrust of the quote hasn't, so they willfully continue to promote a lie - but then, that's nothing new!
