Equal protection and the 14th Amendment requires that of childless women of childbearing age be prosecuted under the same law.

Many women of slatternly attitude resent that Viagra is covered under many medical insurance plans while birth control is not.
There is a difference between making something work as designed, and derailing a normal process, but you can't convince them of that.
If the man they chose as their six-foot tall sex aid didn't get it up for them, would they not want the means to make things work as designed to be covered by the insurance? Oddly they think that such drugs are only for the pleasure and benefit of the hated men.
