Downside of Being Interrupted on Projects is Forgetting What You Have Already Made
I had already made the diagonal mirror holder some weeks ago. When I mated it to the piece that holds it, I discovered there is not enogh clearance around the hexnut that holds the screw in place to turn the 6-32 collimation screws. I made that .696" square a bit smaller than necessary (trig was never my friend) and too small to work. So I am cutting a .845" square now. That will be big enough.
