Today's Discoveries
I have been using the CNC mill to mark drill points in aluminum square tubes. I noticed that the center drill is noisy for the first .04", then quiets down the rest of the way to -.1". So I changed the feed rate on the first .04" to 0.1 and 1 for the rest of the way down. I guess the end point of the center drill is most of the struggle. Much faster.
