Just a Reminder That If You Are Not Dependent on a Job Any Longer....

There is cheap and reasonably attractive housing out there, like this 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2200 square foot $89,900 house in Belfast, Maine.  It sits on two acres, and Belfast, Maine is on the ocean.  (The house looks to be about a mile from the water.)

    Wow! I'd love to live in a house like that... Just not that one. From the photos, it looks like the house may be uninhabitable due to mold.
