I was whining a few days ago about how expensive the Corvette is to maintain, and how I really can't afford to keep such an expensive mistress. But like all expensive mistresses, the Corvette does some things so well that you can forgive her need for expensive trinkets (like four new disc rotors). Driving it home with the top off Friday, when it was in the high 60s, wow, what a feeling!
The rotors cost about $830, but that was 93,000 miles of service, or a bit less than one cent per mile. I can't imagine that I will still have the car the next time the rotors need replacing.

Gosh, Clayton, you really need to drive her harder. :)
