Can You Sue The Restaurant?

If I recall correctly, they make you sign a waiver before you order it.
ReplyDeleteI never went to med school, but I know that arterial plaque builds kinda slowly. One restaurant meal ain't gonna change the arteries' DefCon status.
ReplyDeleteI suspect this guy's heart attack has more to do with a history of eating things like the burger than this one particular burger.
ReplyDeleteThe name of the restaurant and the dish are to me obvious warning signs. They should be strong enough to hold up in court.
