The 23" Monitor That Failed
I found a place in Boise that does a flat $40 repair. Well see how that goes on Monday. Shockingly enough 27" monitors are now about the cost I paid for the 23" monitor two years ago.

Growing up in the 70's and 80's, if something broke either you repaired it yourself or paid someone to fix it.
ReplyDeleteThen in the 90's and 00's I found that it was cheaper to throw away the old VCR/Radio/DVD player and just buy a new one, because the repairs were too expensive.
Oddly enough, it's getting to the point where it's pretty cheap to repair stuff again. It's odd how the global economy is making this happen again.
