I stayed at the Grand Sierra Casino & Resort last night in Reno (the town so close to hell, you can see Sparks [Nevada]), and this morning my Discover Card had a $479 charge from them on it.. I called them, and they had no knowledge of any such charge, only an $11 charge. Discover is trying to figure out where this charge came from. Very odd.

Odd. I stayed there for the Reno Air Races. Hated the pillows. Otherwise a decent enough hotel.
ReplyDeleteHotels will hold a "security" charge on your card in case you go Animal House on them and revert it after check out and proof you did not leave a dead donkey in the bathroom. I guess this might be it but had a booboo reverting
ReplyDeleteThey had a security charge, but it was $50. They had no knowledge of this huge charge.
