Trains As Mass Murder Weapons
I am seeing so many mass murders by trainwreckers that I have added them as a weapon type.
Learning about crimes 100-150 years ago has really opened up my eyes to why some of the odd provisions in statutes are there. Like dueling statutes when murder would do. Or trainwrecking being a specific violation. I guess they really, really, really wanted to make sure these things got punished.
Sounds like a YouTube click bait title: "Why This Weird Old Thing Was Made Illegal."
Once you learn the context, it makes so much more sense.
