A couple weeks ago, I was surveyed on the phone by what turned out to be Winchester. They wanted to know about recent and anticipated future ammo purchases. I suspect the dramatic reduction in demand since Obama has them trying to figure out what to build in the near future. I would expect increased supply will drop prices.
