Naming Standards for RVs
It used to be said that tire companies gave such absurd names to tires because tires are fundamentally boring. What about RV names? I have yet to see an RV named "Black Hole" or "Mastodon" or "Light Bender." What I see are names like this:
If Okdsmobile can name a car the F-85, why can't an RV maker name a model the Abrams M 1? Supposedly the Gernan Army called the Tiger 1 the "Furniture Van." So turnabout is fair play.
Silly names, silly graphics....
ReplyDeleteI've thought of naming a beat-up van "The Black Hole" because it's more dents than anything else in the universe.
