How Ignorant Do the Progressives Think the People Are?
DC is about to start running streetcars (a flashback to the 1930s) and they felt it necessary to put out a PSA (Public Service Announcement) on how to ride a streetcar. Obviously a very hard thing to do without instruction.
Back in the day, there were coaches and wagons for people to deal with, and a streetcar would have just been an obvious evolution of a means of transportation.
Now, it is a whole different world, with people who have never had to learn how to deal with dangerous objects that move! I'm thinking lots of video should be shot, and popcorn should be ordered ahead of time.
