Some People Clearly Want To Be Abused

From Dec. 1, 2015 KRQE:
ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A man is shown on cell phone video pointing a gun at a woman’s head, then pistol-whipping another woman at a busy park. Now, one of his alleged victims claims that’s not the whole story, and she’s taking the blame.

The woman shown in the video is now on a campaign, coming to the defense of the man holding the gun to her head. She said he doesn’t deserve prison time for this.

Xavier Amaya, 25, faces felony aggravated assault charges for what he’s captured on video doing. The video was taken at an Albuquerque park in June.

Amaya is seen on video making threats, holding a gun to a woman’s head, then pistol-whipping another woman as she followed him to his car.

Now, one of the alleged victims is coming to Amaya’s defense. “The reason the gun got pulled out is because he asked me five times repeatedly to step back,” the woman said.

The 19-year-old alleged victim wouldn’t interview with KRQE News 13 in person, but she said she wants to get the full story out there. She said she intended to hurt Amaya, and he acted in self-defense when he pulled the gun.

She initially told police she couldn’t talk to officers because Amaya “would kill her.” Now, she’s on a campaign to clear his name.
Anyone besides me find her story absurd?

  1. I wish I did, sir.

But I've heard too many stories to discount the ability of women to come to the defense of bad boys.

    I've watched it happen.

Have you checked on the number of marriage proposals male criminals in prison get?
