Very good experience with Delta's help line; they talked me through
to identifying it and are ending the needed parts under warranty. Pretty impressive for something installed in 2005!
I've got an identical one in the seasonal-camp, purchased used from a Habitat-for-Humanity resale store. I've been hoping that the seals will heal themselves with use, which they seem to be doing -- but we end up mopping up a lot of water from the counter on the first day of each visit.
