LED Bulbs

I mentioned a few days ago that I ordered some 100W equivalent LED bulbs.  They arrived, and they are definitely whiter than the incandescent bulbs they replace.  This is a very nice feature.  My wife complained first that the LED bulbs in the kitchen make the island feel like an autopsy table.  She's blaming it on me watching all seasons of NCIS on Netflix.  Anywaqy, I just ordered two more 4-packs.  We have some external lighting fixtures that run for hours at a time because of moving leaves.  I think these bulbs will pay for themselves in 6-8 months.
