I think we need to stay alert, if not 24 hours a day, more than some of the potheads might be able to put together.”I know that this is not an accurate description of all marijuana smokers. But Gov. Brown's views match those of an awful lot of people I know who have spent their lives surrounded by potheads. (And some of those who share my views are former potheads.)
