Beavers Turning Deserts Into Water
I found this video about releasing beavers into Southwestern deserts causing growth of rivers, lakes, and greenery. They seemed implausible but this 7/13/21 BBC article confirmed that yes, beavers can turn deserts into wetlands.
But you oughta see what they do in subtropical Mississippi bottomland...
