Never Get Aggressive on Feed Rates with Carbide Tools
At least with HSS (High Speed Steel) you get bad results on the workpiece. With carbide you get broken tools. The stuff is brittle.
Surface feet per minute charts are very important. As durable as Carbide is, it cuts slower than High Speed Steel, which is probably why they call it that.
