Temptation
Have a T-shirt made with a foot long scar and the warning: "Watch your diet and exercise. They are way nicer than open-heart surgery"
You had a post about walking longer distances, and now you are making jokes about the whole thing. Or maybe the warning is sincere.
Anyway, I hope you are recovering as expected. I'm sure there are weeks or months left ahead on that road. As they say, best wished for a speedy recovery.

I am doing better, but this is still a procedure to be avoided if possible.
