The Sharpness of the Tool Makes all the Difference
I wish that I had realized what a difference using carbide end mills made ten years ago. I can cut acetal .5" wide x .1" deep at 25 inches per minute without any chatter or struggles. I suspect cutting aluminum will be almost effortless.
