The buyer for our curret husefound out that installing a pool, extending the garage, reflooring, and adding an office was not free and has exited the contract with no consequences. I just hope we can resurrect the mortgage in time for the March 25th closing date.
No "Earnest Money"?

ReplyDeleteYou need to stop using the MLS contract form and have an attorney draw one up that has actual "teeth".
