An Unlisted Street Address

I have been trying to get Internet service at the new house and almost no one claimed they could provide service.  We have no mailbox at the new house and it appears that for that reason, we do not appear in any database.  Sparklight is going to give me 300MB for half of what I currently pay for 100MB.
