Windstorm Two Nights Ago

While California was getting walloped, we had a very impressive windstorm.  I have been storing my 5" refractor on the back porch on an older Losmandy GM8 mount.  To my utter amazement, the wind was strong enough to blow it over where fortunately it came to rest on the lawn.  Nothing seems to have broken.  Even the refractor seems to have come through unscathed although doubtless terrified.  The Losmandy mount is a very solid piece of machined aluminum.

I need a better way to store this.  The telescope shed is just too crowded and the garage likewise.
