Intercepted. Almost like crossing a state border is a serious matter unlike an international border.

Yes. Ask illegal aliens to take a private jet to a state where much of the population speaks Spanish and the government claims it is a sanctuary for illegal aliens. That sounds like kidnapping to me!
A shame the People's Democratic Soviet Republic of California doesn't patrol it's southern border as well as the Sacramento border.
