Even the Best Commercial Gluten Free Bread Does Not Measure Up

I added another egg and another tablespoon of yeast to the recipe that came with the Zourushi bread maker and the results are awesome.  The previous loaf was a little too salty so I cut the salt in half this time.  That was just too much of a reduction.
