Ukraine is Buying Russian Armor

They are offering $250,000 to Russian soldiers if they surrender their BMP-2 and Ukrainian citizenship.  If that seems expensive, what does an antitank weapon cost (both the donor's cost and the opportunity cost to Ukraine) and the lives of Ukrainian soldiers. 

The newly mobilized complaining about not receiving socks, guns, food.  Russian officials are complaining that 1.5 million winter uniforms for the soldiers in Ukraine cannot be found.   (I wonder where that money went?)
