Yes, Tater is Still With Us
He is 21 years old. He has been exhibiting evidence of joint pain so we bought this Paramount glucosamine additive for his wet cat food. Made in USA and after two days it is obvious that he is less pain. Maybe no pain? For a while, picking him up upset him, probably it was putting strain on his joints but I picked up a few minutes ago without complaint. He actually seemed happy to have me holding him. Tomorrow I will try to detailed his matted fur. I have a brush that prevents it from getting worse but at a certain point all that works is separating the gobs of fur until the loose hairs fall out. Perhaps with less joint pain he can resume grooming himself. I still need to remove those matts.
You might also want to try adding some Vitamin C.
ReplyDeleteYou might want to ask you veterinarian about Gabapentin (Neurontin) for Tater. It has worked wonders for our dog and for members of my family.
